EP 5 – Talking PTSD 911 With Emmy Winning Film Maker – Conrad Weaver
Conrad Weaver is a Emmy winning film maker and the owner of ConjoStudios out of Maryland.
In this episode, Conrad and I discuss the his latest film project, “PTSD 911”, which is a documentary film about first responders who suffer PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
Conrad talks about how the idea for the film came about, after he had a chance to ride with law enforcement officers during the making of his previous project, “Heroine Drip” and seeing how the everyday duties of Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, EMS and 911 Dispatchers can take a toll on one’s mental health.
“PTSD 911” is currently in development so Conrad is still looking for stories of first responders to be in the film. If you know a first responder that suffers from PTSD and would like to be apart of the film, you can visit Conrad’s website at PTSD911MOVIE.
