David Berez is a retired police officer from New Jersey. After retiring, he formed Six 4 Consultants, a DUI and Public Safety consulting firm.
And after having his own moments of dealing with mental health issues after leaving the profession and trying to adjust. He decided to become a resiliency trainer, to help others in the profession.
David and I talk about that situation, how he over came his struggles and the people in his life who has helped him do so…. Plus much, much more!
